Who owns the website once finished and how does monthly maintenance work?

My philosophy is total independence. Once the quote is paid, the intellectual property, source code, and website design become legally and entirely yours, with no hidden captive fees.

Since the internet is a living ecosystem, I offer an optional Monthly Maintenance plan (€50 or €75 depending on website complexity) that includes premium hosting, SSL security certificate renewals, technical bug resolution, and a package for minor text and image modifications.

If you prefer the "No Maintenance" option and wish to host and manage the website on your own, I simply hand over a file with all the source code ready for production. This independent delivery modality applies a one-time 25% surcharge to the total quote, and from that moment on you assume technical responsibility for the project.
